Been sitting since 6:15pm cst on Friday 07/24, pulled in the oil service bay at 6:53pm cst. Front desk lady said I have to wait till all of them get off break and nobody is working (tire bays and oil service bays are empty). I should be getting a discount for awaiting my oil service

I came in for an oil change and a PM service. Out of the three service bays, only one was occupied while the other two were empty. Despite that, I was told the wait would be 30–40 minutes before they could even start working on my vehicle. I decided not to wait and left. It was disappointing to see available service bays sitting unused while customers were asked to wait. I hope they can improve their scheduling and customer service.

I have done my PM this morning over there old guy he doesn’t know anything. Moving like a polar bear Installed wrong the fuel filter I lost a lot of fuel . There is no more qualified mechanics that they know what to do. They were even three people trying to put a gallon of oil into my engine because they didn’t have the right funnel. It’s just a simple OIL CHANGE … This is since LOVE S took over… So said how you can destroy a good business that was working proudly 🇺🇸 USA

I arrived on 07/26/2025 at 3 PM, checked in, and asked them to replace a tire. They took my keys, and I waited inside my truck for 3 hours. At 5:50 PM, they gave my keys back and said, “We’re closing in 10 minutes — come back in the morning.” I was shocked. They had my truck the whole time, and after all that waiting, nothing was done. Very disappointing. 😔
